Acceptable Use & AI-Agent Rules

The safety and integrity rules for Studio, Playtest, cloud sync, exports, and coding-agent runs.

1. Use Dreamboard to make and test games responsibly

Dreamboard supports lawful game design, prototyping, collaboration, export, and playtesting. These rules apply to content, prompts, agent actions, uploads, projects, share links, exports, and attempts to access or affect the Services.

2. Prohibited use

You must not use the Services to:

  • break the law, facilitate serious wrongdoing, or evade legal restrictions;
  • infringe copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, or other rights;
  • harass, threaten, exploit, deceive, or expose another person’s private information;
  • create or distribute malware, credential theft, phishing, destructive code, or instructions intended to compromise systems;
  • probe, disrupt, overload, scrape, reverse engineer, or bypass security or access controls except with written authorisation or as law permits;
  • circumvent account, cloud, agent-run, rate, safety, billing, or quota limits;
  • misrepresent generated output, catalog creators, endorsements, ownership, or licence status; or
  • use automated activity that materially degrades the Services for others.

3. Coding-agent safeguards

  • Submit only content and repositories you are authorised to provide to the disclosed agent provider.
  • Do not include secrets, payment-card data, health data, government identifiers, or unnecessary personal information in prompts or files.
  • Keep a human in control of consequential actions. Review diffs, dependencies, licences, tests, credentials, deployment targets, and external communications.
  • Do not treat agent output as legal, security, financial, safety, accessibility, manufacturing, or professional advice.
  • Do not deploy, publish, sell, manufacture, or invite players to rely on output without appropriate review and testing.

Agent output can be plausible and still be wrong. Dreamboard does not promise that it is correct, secure, original, non-infringing, publishable, or playable. You remain responsible for deciding whether and how to use it.

4. Games and player-facing content

Use appropriate warnings, age ratings, accessibility information, and moderation for your audience. Do not use Dreamboard to target children with unsafe interactions or to collect player information without a lawful basis and clear notice. Playtest links should disclose that a prototype may contain incomplete rules or placeholder content.

5. Generative AI and artwork

Dreamboard’s coding-agent feature implements game logic; it is not a generative-art service. You may use artwork you created, commissioned, licensed, or generated elsewhere only when you have the rights needed for the intended use and comply with any contest, platform, publisher, or audience disclosure rules.

Do not present synthetic artwork as the work of a human artist, imply an artist’s endorsement, ask for imitation of a living artist by name, remove required source information, or use generated material that you know infringes another person’s rights. Dreamboard may use clearly disclosed synthetic placeholder artwork in its own demonstrations, but does not represent that material as commissioned human artwork.

6. Enforcement and reporting

We may investigate credible reports and take proportionate steps such as warning, limiting an agent run, disabling a share/export, removing material, or suspending an account. We consider context, severity, recurrence, impact, and a user’s response. Urgent safety, security, or legal risks may require immediate action.

Report suspected abuse or a security concern to legal@dreamboard.games. Use the IP & Takedown Policy for rights complaints.
